A General in the Russian Armed Forces was recently dismissed after he made an accusation that top military brass were failing to look after the soldier’s best interests. This General was also vocal in his criticism of the declining state of the country’s Armed Forces. Therefore, his dismissal was the result of speaking out about the Russian military and its lack of attention to the soldiers’ needs.
