Due to worries over extreme heat in West Virginia, the UK and US Scouting organizations have mutually decided to withdraw their members from the upcoming 2019 World Jamboree. Further preparations are now underway to give other Scouts a safe and enjoyable experience during the event. Additionally, the individuals who registered as part of the UK and US contingents are now being offered the option of an alternative Scout activity.
