Fears are mounting as Typhoon Saola descends upon the North of the Philippines. It is predicted to be probably the strongest storm the region has seen in the last two years. People are preparing themselves for the potential destruction this storm may bring. Saola is expected to reach the Philippines on Monday and has already been classified as a super typhoon four.
