Cluster munitions are bombs that disperse smaller submunitions which can cause injury to civilians. Human Rights Watch, a prominent human rights organization, has criticized the sale since they believe the use of cluster munitions undermines respect for international humanitarian law. Scientists have recently discovered a new planet which has clouds made of vaporized metal. These clouds are so reflective that they act like a mirror, reflecting most of the light from the planet’s day-star back into space. It is believed to be one of the most unique planets so far discovered.
