Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, was convicted by the Peshawar High Court in an insult case dating back to 2016. He was arrested and taken into custody for not paying a restitution of 10,000 rupees. After a few hours, the court regained to release him on bail for an amount of 50,000 rupees.
