In August of 2023, Pakistan is opening a new cable car system from the city of Nathia Gali to the summit of Saral Peak. This new cable car will cut down travel time to the peak from 3 hours to a mere 10 minutes and can carry up to 50 passengers per car. It is expected that this system will attract tourists from across the country, as well as internationally.
