Kai Cenat, an influencer, has been charged with inciting a riot in the aftermath of a night of mayhem in New York City. Cenat was charged with making a speech that was considered a public nuisance that encouraged the public to participate in the mayhem which caused serious physical and economic damage. Cenat faces up to a year in jail if convicted.
