Microsoft has been given approval from U.K. regulators to purchase ZeniMax Media, but must sell streaming rights to the Activision Blizzard games to Ubisoft. This is an attempt to ensure competition in the streaming industry in the U.K., since Microsoft already owns similar rights to Bethesda content. Microsoft has agreed to comply with the regulator’s conditions in order to clear the acquisition.
