In order to survive, people must have a suit that can protect them from the environment and provide them with air to breathe. A 500-million-year-old fossil, discovered in British Columbia, is believed to be a species of primitive worm. It has been identified by its characteristic spiky claws resembling that of the gigantic sandworms from Frank Herbert’s science fiction novel ‘Dune’. As such, its been appropriately named Conglobus arrakis in recognition of the novel’s influence.
