NASA’s Juno spacecraft has captured new images of Jupiter’s moon Io, revealing its active volcanic activity. The images show plumes of gas and lava erupting from the moon’s surface, providing valuable insights into its geology and potential for sustaining life. These images were taken during Juno’s 34th flyby of Jupiter and are the closest and most detailed images of Io to date.
