Post navigation Camp Pendleton Marine Corporal Keon Richmond was charged with sexually assaulting a minor after allegations of sexual misconduct were reported. Richmond is accused of having sexual relations with the minor at Camp Pendleton over a period of time. If convicted, Richmond could face serious prison time. Pablo Villavicencio, an Ecuadorian immigrant, was recently laid to rest in Ecuador. He passed away in mid-June while being held by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Many of his friends and family paid their respects to him, despite U.S. travel restrictions due to the pandemic.
