Pablo Villavicencio, an Ecuadorian immigrant, was recently laid to rest in Ecuador. He passed away in mid-June while being held by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Many of his friends and family paid their respects to him, despite U.S. travel restrictions due to the pandemic.
