Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan visited a jail in the district of Attock, where many Taliban insurgents are being held. He promised to improve prison conditions, such as access to recreational facilities, and make sure the detainees are treated fairly and humanely. Khan also aimed to devise a strategy to provide psychological and medical aid, as well as educational support, to detainees.
