Post navigation A powerful solar outburst was recently observed hitting Earth, the Moon, and Mars simultaneously; it is the first time that a solar event of this magnitude has been seen affecting these three celestial bodies. This event was recorded by NASA’s Solar and Heliospheric Observatory, and is believed to have had a limited impact – most likely causing only minor electric disturbances, as well as temporarily disrupting low-frequency radio communications. US trucking company Yellow Corp filed for bankruptcy protection after taking on too much debt trying to expand. The company had sold a portion of its assets in June to Lake Forest-based XPO Logistics Inc but that was not enough to save the business. Yellow Corp had been a publicly traded company since 2018 and operated a fleet of 7,000 trucks before entering bankruptcy protection.
