Saturn is rapidly approaching Earth and will be its closest on August 2nd. Viewing the planet will be even clearer than usual with the University of Michigan developing a program to track its approach with a live stream of its movements. As a result, viewers will be able to observe its features like its iconic rings and different colored bands.
