Scott Hall, a loyal supporter of former President Donald Trump, has agreed to surrender to authorities for a four month prison sentence related to inciting insurrection at the U.S. Capitol. Hall’s lawyers argued that Hall was only exercising his 1st Amendment right to urge a “peaceful protest.” However, the judge disagreed and ultimately held Hall accountable for his role on January 6th.
