Intense solar storms are usually associated with this type of high-energy sunlight, though the storms associated with this record were not particularly powerful. Scientists believe this new discovery could lead to extraterrestrial studies, as it could help them better understand high-energy photonic events outside of Earth. Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has asked Attorney General Josh Kaul to investigate and prosecute anyone that attempts to masquerade as an elector in an effort to subvert the results of the 2020 election. Evers’ request came upon reports of scammers sending text messages misrepresenting themselves as members of the Electoral College looking for donations and payment to vote for President Trump. Evers is hoping that this prosecution will help to protect the integrity of Wisconsin’s electoral system and ultimately ensure that the citizens’ voices are heard in the 2020 Election.
