SpaceX’s Crew-9 mission to the ISS has been delayed due to Tropical Storm Helene, expected to hit Florida’s Gulf Coast as a Category 3 hurricane. Originally set for Sept. 26, the launch is now targeted for Sept. 28 at 1:17 p.m. EDT. High winds and heavy rain are anticipated in the Cape Canaveral area. The Falcon 9 rocket and Crew Dragon capsule, named Freedom, have been rolled out for rehearsals but will be moved back to the hangar to avoid storm damage. Crew-9 will carry NASA’s Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov.
