Super Typhoon Saola, an extremely dangerous storm, recently passed over the Philippine Sea. Though it weakened briefly, the typhoon quickly gathered strength and continued its destructive path. With gusts reaching up to 195 kilometers per hour, Saola caused landslides, flooding, and power outages for millions. Thankfully, no casualties have been reported thus far.
