Post navigation President Donald Trump was recently confronted on his own golf course in Sterling, Virginia, by a group of protesters who were peacefully advocating for the closure of his golf course due to its environmental impacts. Trump subsequently had his private security officers remove the demonstrators from the property and the incident was later reported to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office. The activists do not intend to be deterred by the president’s actions and will continue to fight for the closure of his golf course. North Korea has reported extensive damage from flooding in various parts of the country due to heavy rainfall in July. They have warned that the damage is expected to continue and have called for necessary preparation and countermeasures to respond to worsening conditions. Aid organizations are providing support, yet worry that most of the North Korean populations remains without assistance.
