The imaging technique allows the Scientists to be able to study the nanoscale processes that occur when CRISPR Cas complexes are cutting out targeted genes. A superseding indictment is a new legal document that replaces an existing indictment against a defendant. It can provide more information or charge the defendant with different crimes than what was listed in the initial indictment. It also serves to reset the clock on certain procedural actions, such as trial scheduling or plea negotiations.
