This week, Connecticut will have optimal visibility of the Eta Aquarid meteor shower due to the full moon setting early. If the sky is clear, the shower is expected to produce up to 30 meteors an hour during peak times. The shower will reach maximum activity on Tuesday night, but will be visible through Thursday morning.
