Viet Dinh, the architect of the Patriot Act, has been appointed Chief Legal and Policy Officer of Fox Corporation. This is his first major executive role since his time in the Bush administration. Dinh is the first person of color to ever hold the role of the top legal executive at the Fox Corporation.
