Israel has disclosed that its special operations commandos have been targeting Hezbollah terror cells in Lebanon for the past year, destroying nearly 3,000 terrorists poised to invade after Oct. 7. Israeli forces conducted 70 raids, dismantling Hezbollah tunnels and weapons bases. The revelation follows Israel’s “limited” ground invasion aimed at crippling Hezbollah’s strike capabilities. Military spokesman Daniel Hagari detailed the operations, which uncovered Hezbollah’s plans for a large-scale attack on Israel. Hezbollah retaliated with rocket attacks, including on Mossad and a military base near Tel Aviv, using new “Fadi 4” missiles.
