Senator Bernie Sanders returned to New Hampshire where he previously ran for president in February of 2020. The governor of the state, Chris Sununu, spoke on the topic of the upcoming GOP presidential race, saying that candidates should be careful not to ignore President Trump’s supporters. Sanders is currently pushing his proposed “mobilize and organize” movement in the Granite State. This focus on outreach to the entire political spectrum could be an important strategy as politicians set their sights on the upcoming elections.
Kansas local newspaper ‘The Marion County Record’, ran by Joan Meyer, was raided by police with a search warrant in order to gather evidence in an investigation. After their raid, the police left with unknown items and the newspaper’s employees were unable to speak on the matter. Sadly, in 2018, the newspaper closed for good when Joan Meyer suddenly passed away.
