Two Boeing Starliner astronauts, after an extended stay on the ISS, will soon return to Earth aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule. NASA chose this vehicle for Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore due to safety concerns with their Starliner spacecraft. The Crew Dragon, part of the Crew-9 mission, is set to dock at the ISS with NASA astronaut Nick Hague and Russian cosmonaut Aleksandr Gorbunov on board. SpaceX reported an issue with the Falcon 9 rocket’s second stage, which landed off-target in the ocean, prompting a temporary pause in Falcon 9 flights for investigation.
